payments even if they don't have any specialist computer skills and without
them needing to set up special banking facilities.
We do all the hard work, they just get a list of the entries made for their event.

How are we different to the other online services?
We treat your personal privacy with the utmost concern. Some other online entry services appear
to completely disregard the Data Protection Act, which just shows how little they care about you, and
they also charge a large markup on your entry fee as well! For instance...
- Most ask you to disclose personal details which they don't need to process your entry, eg: date of
birth, phone numbers, email address, occupation. Unless you enter these, you can't enter
the website! We only require you to enter essential data - you may enter other details, but
you don't have to.
- Some tell you what they will do with your data with no option to say NO I don't
want you to sell my information! We only ever pass on
your details to the organisers of the event you enter.
- Most transmit complete files of everyone's data across the internet in a human-readable form.
This is equivalent to sending an open letter to everyone who cares to read it...do you really want
all your details published like this? This is against the law! We only ever transmit files in
an encrypted form so only the event organiser can read the data.
- At least one other online site is so totally insecure that it is possible to download ANYONE'S personal details from it.
It would take less than a hour to read their entire database! Your data is held on our site
in an encrypted format - not even YOU can get at it!
- Some charge 10% or more for their service - it really doesn't cost £1.50 to process your transaction.
What's so different about us?

How much does it cost?
We need to cover our bank charges to take a card payment, plus a small amount to encourage us
to continue operating this service. Costs may vary according to the event, but add around 6%
for events costing less than £10, or less for more costly events. This is
about the same as you would pay to buy stamps and envelopes, so it really is worth it!
